Shipping

All items are produced per order at our studio in Centurion, South Africa. All orders have a production lead time of 5-7 working days for your items to be made after which they will be shipped.

Once an order is shipped it will take some additional time to arrive at your address. We offer different shipping solutions depending on the country the order is being shipped to. Please review the below information for the applicable shipping fees and lead times in your area.

Please note that we can accept no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost or damaged during transit.

 

South African Shipping
All orders shipped to a South African address are shipped and returned free of charge via our reliable courier service The Courier Guy. 

Shipping takes 1-3 working days once the order leaves our studio. Including production lead time you can expect to receive your order anywhere from 5-10 working days after placing your order.

All South African orders include taxes, therefore no taxes need to be paid additionally.

 

International Shipping (countries outside South Africa)
Orders shipped to addresses outside of South Africa will be paid for upon checkout. Depending on the address shipped to, you will be provided with shipping options including:  Express shipping with UPS or Fedex and Economy Shipping with UPS Ground. The shipping price for your order will vary depending on the type and weight of the item(s) within the order as well as the shipping option and address selected.

Express shipping takes 4-6 working days once the order leaves our studio. Including production lead time you can expect to receive your order anywhere from 10-15 working days after placing your order.

Economy shipping takes 10-20 working days once the order leaves our studio. Including production lead time you can expect to receive your order anywhere from 15-25 working days after placing your order.

All items purchased and shipped to an address outside of South Africa are exclusive of duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and these will need to be paid for separately once the order arrives in your country. Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on shipping fees, duties or taxes.

Our online store is currently able to accept orders/payments shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

Should your country not be listed above, kindly send us an email and we would be happy to assist in placing your order through manual payment, in which case the same policies above apply.
