In theory Catastrophism explains that the natural world as we know it today has historically been shaped by swift and brutal events which irreversibly shaped its landscape. Using this theory as a metaphor, ‘CATASTROPHISM 2025’ investigates how moments of personal adversity and hardship mould our individuality and the environment surrounding us.

The collection references moments of trauma and natural disaster using fabrics and motifs reminiscent of oil spills, medical bandaging, hurricanes, chemical burns, natural erosion, sulphuric acid and nuclear warfare. Rather than framing these moments with negativity and sorrow, the range instead aims to comment on these events as a marker of resilience.

The range consists of a striking colour palette, experimental details and bold silhouettes across an array of garments which ultimately aim to celebrate the pursuit of unapologetic individuality, alongside the exuberance and innate strength of the human spirit.
